Aurea Villas is a collection of 10 detached frontline golf villas at Estepona Golf, with views of the Mediterranean Sea, the golf course and the Sierra Bermeja mountains. Each villa has a 756 m² plot, a private pool and more than 400 m² built over three levels.
The villas are in the final phase of construction, with delivery scheduled for December 2026. They are being built by Construcciones B. Solís, a builder founded in 1987 with more than 200 villas delivered on the Costa del Sol, including homes in La Zagaleta, Sotogrande and Valderrama.
The ground and first floors have 226 m² of living space, with 3.2 m ceilings and large sliding windows that open onto covered and open terraces. The main terrace is more than 60 m², ideal for making the most of the outdoor space during the around 320 days of sunshine on the Costa del Sol.
On the ground floor, the open-plan living area and integrated kitchen lead directly to the terrace, pool and garden. This floor also includes a bedroom with en-suite bathroom.
The first floor has the main suite, with a walk-in wardrobe, an en-suite bathroom and a private terrace with views of the golf course and the sea. There is the option to add a jacuzzi on this terrace. This floor also has a second bedroom with en-suite bathroom and two private terraces.
The 188 m² basement can be finished in one of six layouts. Options include up to three bedrooms, a spa with sauna and steam shower, a gym, a cinema room, a wine cellar, an office or a large open living room. Every layout includes an en-suite bedroom, a storage room and patios that bring natural light into the space.
Standard specifications include underfloor heating, an energy-efficient Altherma hot water system, pre-installation for home automation, double glazing with UV protection, Iroko wood security doors and Geberit bathroom fittings. Buyers can also choose optional extras such as pool heating, an electric pool cover, an ethanol fireplace, a lift or a chill-out area with a fire pit in the garden.
Estepona’s old town and marina are 10 minutes away by car, Puerto Banús and Sotogrande 20 minutes, and Marbella 30 minutes. Gibraltar Airport is 45 minutes away and Málaga Airport around one hour. The beach is 5 minutes away, and supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants and beach clubs are all within 6 minutes.
More than 60 golf courses are within an hour’s drive, and the area also offers sailing, polo, tennis and padel. In Estepona you have tapas bars, shops and restaurants in the old town, plus beach clubs and five-star hotels nearby.
